Arief AZMI has embarked on an academic journey filled with challenges in Ireland and the United Kingdom. As a self-funded student, he has faced a multitude of overseas challenges.

Amid his quest for knowledge, he encountered various challenges involving culture and daily life, which almost led him to despair and contemplate quitting his academic pursuits abroad to return to Malaysia.

However, Arief successfully overcame the hurdles in Ireland and ultimately completed his studies in the United Kingdom, earning two Course Director Awards.

But his story doesn't end there. To continue his visa permit and sustain his livelihood, he had to work as a room cleaner in London for 8 months. This job was far from his academic field of aerospace engineering, but Arief never gave up. He worked tirelessly, holding onto the hope that one day he would secure a job opportunity in the aviation industry he so passionately dreams of.

Finally, Arief secured a position as a systems engineer at Safran, where he dedicated 10 months to his role. Now, he has transitioned to the role of a Technical Author within the same company, marking a significant step forward in his career progression.
